• Educational Calculators: Tools for GPA conversions (WES, CGPA-to-Percentage, National University, SSC/HSC), multi-year cost forecasting, and scholarship eligibility checks.
• Standardized Test & Language SaaS: AI-powered diagnostic engines for IELTS Writing Task 1 and Task 2, band score predictors, practice mock tests, and writing diagnostics.
• University Discovery & Database: Data-driven filtering for accredited international universities and degree programs.
• Advisory & Partner Matching: Connecting qualified student leads with verified partner educational agencies and certified study-abroad counselors.

3. Digital Purchases, Pricing & Payment Terms

Certain specialized features on AdmissionArena, including diagnostic token packages, in-depth AI essay scoring reports, full-length IELTS mock assessments, and 1-on-1 advisor consultations, may require payment.

• Payment Processing: Transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners, including SSLCommerz, Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and international debit/credit card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). AdmissionArena does not store sensitive cardholder CVVs or MFS security PINs.
• Currency & Taxes: Pricing is displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or United States Dollars (USD). Applicable value-added taxes (VAT) or gateway processing fees are itemized prior to checkout.
• Immediate Electronic Delivery: Purchased token credits and feature activations are fulfilled digitally and credited immediately to your user dashboard upon payment confirmation.
• Refunds: All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. Consumed tokens and completed diagnostic reports are non-refundable.

4. AI Diagnostics & IELTS Score Disclaimer

Our IELTS writing checkers, diagnostic engines, and band score estimators utilize advanced computational linguistics, scoring algorithms, and artificial intelligence models calibrated against publicly available assessment criteria published by official examining bodies.

Preparatory & Diagnostic Notice Only:

• The evaluations and score breakdowns provided by AdmissionArena are intended strictly for preparatory, formative, and diagnostic purposes to assist in self-study.
• They do not constitute official examination grades, certificates, or certified language endorsements from IELTS, IDP Education, the British Council, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or ETS.
• AdmissionArena makes no representation that an official exam score will match any preparatory diagnostic score generated on the platform.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AdmissionArena strictly for lawful and personal educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to harvest data, university databases, or evaluation content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or discover the source code or proprietary scoring formulas powering our tools.
• Share your user account credentials with multiple individuals to circumvent token balances or usage limits.
• Submit abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing text, essays, or audio recordings into our diagnostic tools.
• Launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, introduce malware, or engage in any conduct that disrupts, overburdens, or impairs Platform stability.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused token credits, and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

Platform Intellectual Property: All software code, algorithms, visual design, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, and written guides on AdmissionArena are the exclusive intellectual property of AdmissionArena and its licensors, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any essays, academic details, and text you input into our tools. By submitting content for diagnostic evaluation, you grant AdmissionArena a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, parse, and analyze the content solely for the purpose of generating your evaluation results, ensuring quality, and debugging system errors.

7. Third-Party Links & Educational Partners

AdmissionArena provides educational resources and operates a student-agency matching ecosystem. When you explicitly submit a consultation or shortlist request, we may connect your academic profile with verified educational partner agencies.

Partner agencies operate independently. While we vet our partners for quality and reliability, AdmissionArena is not liable for agreements, advisory representations, or interactions between students and external third-party agencies. 8. No Guarantees of Admission, Visa, or Aid

The international university application process involves independent institutional discretion, changing immigration quotas, and subjective evaluation panels. AdmissionArena makes no guarantees regarding:

• Admission acceptance to any particular university or academic program.
• Awarding of any scholarship, grant, tuition waiver, or fellowship.
• Approval or issuance of a student visa, study permit, or entry clearance by any embassy, high commission, or government immigration authority.
• Absolute real-time accuracy of third-party tuition fees or living costs, which are subject to currency fluctuations and institutional updates.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdmissionArena, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and software providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, missed university deadlines, or academic opportunities resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any diagnostic estimates, calculator outputs, or content obtained through the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, alteration, or transmission of your data;
• Actions or services provided by third-party educational agencies or payment gateways.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdmissionArena from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology Act, the Digital Security Act, and the Consumer Rights Protection Act, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
